We've put together some basic acoustic terms and definitions.
In the Basics you will find information about a.o. noise, wavelength, frequencies, A- filter, etc.
In the Silencer section we've described the silencer principles, their frequency-range and some other important information, necessary to choose a silencer for your installation or situation.
Our goal is to give you a hand in a global silencer selection in a very early stage of your project. Of course we are eager to give you further advice about your acoustical situation or problem. When there is enough interest or feedback, we will expand and and/or modify this part of our site.
