The range of materials we use extends from standard mild carbon steels, Corten A & B up to stainless steel 304 and 316 types. Our modern facility in Krimpen aan den IJssel - Netherlands, operates with very modern machines and equipment. Therefore our facility is not only well-equipped for the production of silencers, but also for your steelwork:

• 2 CNC controlled plasma cutting machines driven by SigmaNEST® nesting software. We can cut any shape out of 1-15 mm thick metal sheets
• 2 hydraulic shears to cut rectangular metal sheets up to 8 mm
• several 3-roll and 4-roll plate bending machines with or without CNC controls
• positioning machine for longitudinal welding
• servo hydraulic press brake, 80 tons, working length 3.100 mm
• several other metalworking machines (drill press, circular saw, welders etc)
• ASME qualified welders
• large stock of mild carbon steels and stainless steel metal sheets, flanges and pipes up to 6"
